Ми уважно вивчили всі оприлюднені аргументи, які ПАТ «Укртатнафта» надала в своєму зверненні до Міністерства економічного розвитку та торгівлі, з вимогою розпочати спецрозслідування відносно імпорту нафтопродуктів в Україну. На жаль, на нашу думку, єдина мета, яку переслідують автори цієї ідеї збагачення ПАТ «Укртатнафта», шляхом руйнування конкуренції на українському ринку нафтопродуктів та подальшої його монополізації
ПАТ «Укртатнафта» має всі можливості для модернізації, розвитку і збільшення своє долі на ринку, але чомусь не робить цього. Ми не розуміємо чому «Укртатнафта» намагається збільшити свої прибутки не за рахунок модернізації підприємства та збільшення виробництва, а лише за рахунок монополізації ринку та збільшення ціни.
Ми стверджуємо, що ініціатива ПАТ «Укртатнафта» не має жодного реального стосунку до захисту інтересів національного виробника, і шкодить інтересам Держави і національного споживача, який буде змушений оплатити все зі своєї кишені.
Після того, як ми розпочали роботу, оптові ціни на дизельне пальне одразу знизилися майже на 40 доларів на тоні. Наразі, ініціатива ПАТ «Укртатнафта» з монополізації ринку призведе лише до зворотного ефекту – кожного українця змусять платити значно більше за продукти переробки тієї самої нафти.
We have carefully examined all promulgated arguments, which PJSC “Ukrtatnafta” presented in its appeal to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, along with the requirement to initiate a special investigation concerning the import of petroleum products to Ukraine. Unfortunately, in our opinion, the only goal pursued by authors of this idea is the enrichment of “Ukrzaliznnytsia” by destroying the competition on the Ukrainian market of petroleum products together with its further monopolization. PJSC “Ukrtatnafta” has all the possibilities for modernization, development, and expansion of its market share, but for some reasons, it does not do this. We do not understand why “Ukrtatnafta” is trying to increase its profits not by modernizing the company and enlarging its production, but only by monopolizing the market and increasing the price. We state that the initiative of PJSC “Ukrtatnafta” has no realistic connection to the issue of protection of national producers’ interest and has a negative impact on interests of both the State and a national consumer, who will be forced to pay for everything on his own account. After the time when we started to work, the wholesale prices for diesel fuel immediately decreased by almost $40 per tonne. At the moment, the initiative of PJSC “Ukrtatnafta” will lead only to the opposite effect, so every Ukrainian will be forced to pay much more for the products of processing the same petroleum.
